My Living Ponzi Scheme

Is this group the real deal?

In these times of financial insecurity many people are looking at ways of securing income for the future so when this opportunity was presented to me by one of the leaders in the truth movement I signed up without conducting the due diligence that I would have normally applied and I regret not doing so, as the investment I made cannot apparently be returned despite the clear lack of disclosure which failed to advise that “one third” devoted to the group’s academy provided effectively nothing at all in training materials apart from a short video explaining what the forex market was. When I tried to access the next module I was confronted with essentially the requirement to raise my level which equated to putting more money into the system with no explanation of what this might purchase. As I pointed out to the Agent who led me into this “investment group” this was a case of fraud by misrepresentation, I had received nothing in return of this third of the money I paid in. The Agent now denies being an agent and calls himself a referrer however the promotion of this group in his email marketing indicates otherwise. Are they the real deal? well I cannot say but I cannot seem to recoup my money despite the clear incidence of fraud and lack of disclosure, of course unless I go into a “zoom” meeting with the management team, but there are no guarantees with that option, and for which I also see no need for, as I conveyed my issues with the agent who no doubt has passed them onto management. Further I have no interest in discussing anything with anyone to do with Cash FX group as they don’t exactly inspire my trust and as explained, I have already conveyed my grievances via the agent who led me into this “arrangement.”

Interesting is the fact that there are no phone numbers, emails or names of senior management on their website and there is no Australian office address published which all seems rather suspicious to me.

In retrospect I should have questioned why the package at every level required a third to fund the “academy” but why? Many people do not have the inclination to learn to be an expert in forex trading but would rather have a professional trader take care of it all, so why should they be placing a third of their commitment into an “academy” they may never use when they could use all 100% in trading, the question being what does all this academy income go towards, where is it spent?

Now I am not making the claim that this organization is a Ponzi scheme, scam or alternatively is not, but I have found some further reading that perhaps it might be wise to review if you are considering investing with them. Check the links below.
