In advocating, advising and coaching our clients through the buying or selling process we do not have a vested interest in the outcome and thus no conflict of interest may arise as there is no commercial pressure on us to effect a sale, we are not dependent on the outcome and thus there is no potential conflict of interest as we not awaiting a hefty commission to pay our business overheads like agents are, surviving on a success basis of no sale, no fee.  Thus, unlike an agency we have no personal investment in whether the client buys or sells, apart from the sense of satisfaction that comes from making a contribution to our clients benefit.

We do charge for our time expertise, advocacy, advice and coaching, dependent on the level of demands made on our resources, but our aim is to keep costs as low as possible bearing in mind that when demands are made they don’t always arrive at the most convenient of times, which is the way things work when operating in a service industry. One does not become ill for instance at a time convenient to the doctor, but this is the task at hand and one must take the good with the bad being the downside if you like of being in a service industry when successful outcomes, just as medical emergency treatments can be critical to health, can be reliant on an appropriate and timely response within the limits of reason.
