Consideration of this momentous judgement spells out that corporations being legal fictions of the mind cannot attain parity with a living man or woman, corporations can only interface with like entities, meaning other fictions, and as result have no legitimate authority over a man or a woman. They cannot for instance, lawfully demand the payment of rates, taxes, fines and apply various other impositions or require you to comply or perform in regard to special orders like council by laws etc. Governments at all levels along with their police, other departments and Courts in particular have no fundamentally legitimate base to exercise any authority at all unless you, by way of contract, have formally and willingly agreed to provide performance, and with the terms revealed under full disclosure, and the fact is that such contracts between you and government actors do not exist. They cannot lawfully insist that you be vaccinated against your will, because that would be a condition of a contract which does not exist, same with the wearing of masks, social distancing, lock downs, vaccination passports and travel restrictions are all measures that require your consent evidenced by a wet ink contract and most employment contracts never included a vaccination requirement as a condition of employment and employers cannot after the fact include such a condition without agreement which requires free informed consent.

At the most fundamental level, I cannot impose a fine or tax on you, and you cannot impose a fine or tax on me, so neither of us can appoint or grant a power for any third party to do those things. Obviously you cannot give something away unless you possess it, so one might ask what human entity could have actually granted such authority to the corporate organizations known as government and the answer is obvious, there cannot be one. One of the very fundamentals of the law is that a claimant has the onus of providing the material evidence of their claims, which, with regard to their presumed authority, they simply cannot do, the entire system of government and statute law is built upon a fraudulent framework, at the very least from 1795, for the simple reason they are operating without the consent of the people and cannot provide the evidence to the contrary and thus cannot provide evidence of their authority, its all fraud, fraud is a crime, corporations acting as government are frauds, fraud is a criminal act, ergo all governments are fundamentally criminals, with various actors working within them guilty at various times of not only blatant fraud, but racketeering, extortion, theft, highway robbery, rape, blackmail as we see with vaccine passports, assault, trespass, murder, human trafficking, paedophilia, child sex trafficking and the historically recurring genocides that are a feature of insane and unaccountable dictators going back eons.

I find myself wondering if people would obey “government” directives and mandates if the people realized that those issuing the same, are actually criminal and have no legitimate power or de jure authority to do so and who for all intents and purposes are simply frauds. Seems obvious enough that some thing’s seriously amiss when government’s can command business owners to violate the government’s own statutes being the Privacy Act 1988 or the Discrimination Acts among others, or to require business owners and their staff to act as policemen for the government without being financially recompensed to do so, under the 1995 Crimes Act, slavery is also an offence. Make no mistake, businesses who enforce the vaccine passport are themselves committing criminal acts and are not doing anyone any favours least of all themselves, indeed complying with the government is to encourage them to enforce more outrageous “pretend” laws that reduce the business’s bottom line if not sending them completely broke under the banner of stupid so called “laws” that do not exist and aren’t intended to protect people even if they did exist, which is the reason why no legitimate penalties can be issued and compliance with them amounts to undermining our own country’s sovereignty, without any benefit whatsoever while violating the rights of a businesses customers and essentially themselves in the long run, a long run that is becoming shorter and shorter by the day. All of us, including businesses and their leaders, need to stop complying with unlawful demands, practice resistance and civil disobedience if our country is to survive as we know it, for the future of our kids and theirs. We need to stand up on masse because up to now we have only seen, the thin edge of the wedge, appeasement didn’t work for Churchill and it won’t work for us.
